How the class unfolded

01

Inside the business environment

We received a warm welcome at the store and were introduced to the brand’s history, values and market positioning. We learned how customer interaction is structured, from the first greeting to closing the sale. Particular attention was paid to service culture and the details that shape the customer experience.

02

Practical learning

As we walked through the store, it was clear that every area followed its own logic: the clothing was arranged according to both appearance and sales strategy. We were shown how products are presented, how combinations are selected, and how upselling and cross-selling work.

03

Experience and conclusions

The most interesting part of the visit was the practical session, where we observed how sales professionals communicate with customers. They did more than present a product: they also tried to understand the customer’s needs and offer suitable solutions. This made it possible to see sales not simply as a transaction, but as well-structured communication.

By the end of the day, we were all full of new knowledge and impressions. The visit was both interesting and useful, helping us understand in detail how global brands build their sales process and customer experience.
